Before starting a new task just because someone asked you to, you need to look at each item to decide whether or not it is worth your time. Stop and ask yourself several questions. 1) Is it important? 2) Am I the right person for this task? 3) Should I say no?
Each day, you need to evaluate and prioritize everything that you do or are expected to do. How do these items align with your personal goals, priorities, and mission? Think before you work.
